The Controller takes the utmost care to protect the privacy of Website users and the security of the personal data processed, in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR.
2. Scope of personal data processed
The Controller may process users’ personal data in the following scope:

- content of messages sent via the contact form or e-mail,
- data contained in correspondence regarding cooperation, advertising or partnership,
- technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system,
- anonymous statistical data on the use of the Website.

- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data of users of the Lngevity website (hereinafter: ‘Website’) and the rules for the use of cookies and similar technologies.
- The controller of personal data is Luxury Media Ltd. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. F. Klimczaka 13/U.139, 02-797 (hereinafter: ‘Controller’ or ‘we’).
- The Controller can be contacted in matters related to personal data protection at the following e-mail address: info@llongevityourway.com or by post at the address of the registered office with the note ‘Personal data’.
2. Legal basis and purposes of data processing
- Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (‘GDPR’),
- national regulations on the protection of personal data.
- We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- Creation and maintenance of a user account on the Lngevity Website
- basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (necessary for the performance of a contract/provision of services by electronic means).
- Provision of Lngevity services – in particular, maintaining individual longevity/wellbeing plans, monitoring progress, communicating about the programme, arranging consultations, etc.
- basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
- if special categories of data are processed within the Website (e.g. information about health, test results, medical parameters), the basis will also be Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR (explicit consent of the user).
- Marketing of the Controller’s own products and services (e.g. newsletter, special offers, information about events, podcasts, products related to Lngevity and the Luxury Boutique brand),
- basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator) or Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent – in the case of electronic communication requiring consent).
- Handling enquiries submitted via the contact form, e-mail or telephone
- basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest – communication with users).
- Fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (e.g. tax, accounting, archiving obligations)

3. Scope of data processed
Depending on how you use the Website, we may process the following data in particular:
- Identification data: first name, surname, login/username.
- Contact details: e-mail address, telephone number, correspondence address (if provided).
- Data relating to the use of the Website: IP address, device identifiers, log data, information about activity on the Website, data about the browser and operating system used.
- Data related to the longevity/wellbeing plan (to the extent provided for by the Website’s functionality): information about lifestyle, physical activity, habits (sleep, nutrition, work), health and development goals.
- Health data or other special category data – only to the extent that the user has given separate, explicit consent, e.g.:
- subjective information about health status,
- test results, biomedical parameters,
- data on therapies used.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use certain features of the Website (e.g. creating an account, preparing a longevity plan, receiving a newsletter).
4. Data recipients
- Users’ personal data may be transferred to:
- entities cooperating with the Administrator in the operation of the Lngevity Website (e.g. providers of hosting, mailing systems, analytical tools, CRM systems, payment systems),
- entities providing advisory, legal, accounting and tax services to the Controller,
- persons cooperating within the framework of Lngevity projects (e.g. experts, consultants, trainers) – only to the extent necessary to perform the service and on the basis of relevant data processing agreements,
- public authorities – to the extent required by applicable law.
- All entities processing data on behalf of the Controller are required to ensure an adequate level of security and to process data in accordance with the agreement concluded and applicable law.
5. Transfer of data outside the EEA
- As a rule, we do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
- If, in connection with the use of specific tools (e.g. mailing systems, analytical tools), data would be transferred outside the EEA, this will only take place:
- to countries for which the European Commission has determined an adequate level of protection, or
- on the basis of standard contractual clauses, other legal instruments provided for in the GDPR, with additional safeguards where necessary.
6. Data retention period
We process personal data for the following periods:
- Duration of the contract/use of the Website – to the extent necessary to provide Lngevity services.
- Until consent is withdrawn – in the case of data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. health data, newsletter).
- Until the expiry of the limitation period for claims related to the use of the Website – to the extent that data processing is necessary to pursue or defend claims.
- For the time required by law – to the extent that processing results from legal obligations (e.g. accounting documentation).
After the above periods have expired, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. User rights
The user has the following rights:
- Right of access to their data (Article 15 of the GDPR) – to obtain information on whether and how the data is processed and to obtain a copy of the data.
- Right to rectify data (Article 16 of the GDPR) – to correct or complete data if it is incorrect or incomplete.

8. Health data and special categories of data
- Within the Lngevity Service, the user may voluntarily provide information about their health, tests, physical parameters or other special categories of data.
- This data is processed exclusively:
- on the basis of the user’s explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR),
- for specific, clearly defined purposes related to the implementation of an individual longevity/wellbeing plan (e.g. preparing recommendations, monitoring progress).
- The user may withdraw their consent to the processing of special categories of data at any time. However, withdrawal of consent may prevent the use of some of the Website’s functionality.
- Special categories of data are subject to additional security measures (including restricted access, encryption, access logging).
9. Profiling and automated decision-making
- As part of the Website, we may use your data to prepare personalised recommendations (e.g. suggested activities, habits, elements of a longevity plan).
- Such activities may constitute profiling within the meaning of the GDPR, but will not have legal effects on the user or similarly significantly affect them.
- The purpose of profiling is to provide the best-matched content and recommendations and to improve the quality of use of the Website.
